I have only positive feedback as far as these apartments are concerned. All of the units are clean, and the staff is very professional! The price is reasonable and location is very accessible, I being a handicapped person really depend on accessibility, so that was really important to me.

Recommend this place to anyone in search of a new residence!

It's funny how you say maintenance like there are multiple people....try one guy. And yes when he does manage to get to you, he does a great job, but ONE person cannot maintain HUNDREDS of apartments by himself. On top of ants, I have seen 1 waterbug, which is one too many. I got rid of the ants myself (from the previous tenant). My next door neighbor had a HUGE problem with cockroaches, and I was terrified they would come into my apartment. The stink bugs invading my apartment are RIDICULOUS!!! I vacuum about 4-5 a day, for the last 2 months, absolutely disgusting....I don't open my windows meaning there is a hole in my apartment which the complex refuses to do anything about. You can tell the one recent good response this crappy complex got was written by someone in management....what tenant (1) knows and has access to all the units to tell they are clean, etc (2) what tenant refers to it as a "unit". Parking is one of the worst aspects of this crappy place. I moved out of the city because of the parking problems. Now I come to a place where it is worse! Between tenants who can't park worth a d@mn and side swipe your car (who ever that was thanks a lot a-hole) to people who do not live here and still park here!!!! If you don't have a parking tag you should not be parking here. I complained to management, and they brushed me off. Not to mention as someone who does have a handicapped parking placard, I am sick and tired of people who are NOT handicapped and park in the handicapped spots. And as har as those crappy bars they put up to help with the parking situation, (1) they broke this weekend but they are new...great quality craftmenship (2) it still lets anyone in without a code up until 9pm and after that all people have to do is give their code to someone or follow behind someone who types it in. Which once again...if the complex towed like it should....then people sneaking in wouldn't matter b/c they'd be taught an expensive lesson. Simply put, I pay rent, I deserve better. P.S. The landscaping of this place is pretty crappy too. I planted flowers along one side and they were GORGEOUS. Only to find out today whoever they hired to cut the grass (which I have seen done only twice in one yr), cut the flowers too..... I will give credit to the complex on the new flowers and bark up front. See! I give credit where it is due!
