I wouldn't say these apartments are very upscale, but overall the place is great.

How great can the place be if I have rust coming out of my pipes everytime I run the shower. I have reported this multiple times. Clearly this place is not meeting the basic building and health codes. The only thing I have seen improve is the new shrubbery up front and they painted only half of the walls in the complex...like literally the top half of the wall, but not the bottom.

Beware of the one sentence "great" responses. The owners of this complex and family often write the wonderful comments without any negatives. Come on....how can you go to such an extreme about a place that has so many fundamental problems with it? Yes, on the surface, you get cosmetic touches to make it look better on the surface. However, if you look at the plumbing system, which is totally falling apart (wait till it rains..the flooding!!), the storage rooms which smell terrible, the courtyard with broken wooden benches, NO POOL, though it is listed in their brochure (what a surprise to move in and not have one!), need I go on??
