This place isnt that great but as far as Philly standards go this place isnt the worst. The person below just pointed out one of the biggest probs here. Its people like them that let everyone they know park inside the complex which leaves actual residents having to park outside of the complex. Its even worse in the winter time. You practically have to fight for a spot with non-residents. Another big issue here are residents with dogs. They let them poop all over the grounds of the complex and do not clean up the poop like they are supposed to. Its smelly and you really have to watch where you walk.

The apartments are really big, a lot of windows for good lighting but like everyone else has said about the complex (robbings, bugs, etc) do occur more frequently than they should in a nice area like this.

This place all depends on your tolerance level.
