This place is horrible. The new management just took over and they are making all these improvements but the place still looks like crap. It's not well maintained and the front door is always left wide open. The parking lot is a nightmare. If you work a normal 9-5 and get home at 530 or 6 or any later then good luck finding parking, most of the time i have to end up parking in the fire lane because although it is gated you don't need a code to open the gate. There are also bugs and mice everywhere. Never use the elevator either, it moves slow makes weird noises and is frequently broken down. I even got stuck for an hour in their once. Also although they say they don't allow pets there are multiple people with large size dogs including a rotweiller who is at the door when you walk in. The size of the apartment for the price you pay is good but its not worth it!!!!!

I agree with everything you are saying except the pet thing. They definately allow pets in the building. Check your lease, there is an option that says you can have one with a ridiculously expensive pet deposit. Oh, and to whoever drew a ----- into the wet concrete where they redid the sidewalks....if your a kid, I hope your mother gives you a good beating...and if you are an adult...that's a friggin shame. This place is only going to be as good as you make it and it doesnt help if you are drawing immature crap into the sidewalks.
