This is in addition to my review on 6-18-08. My opinion of this place has become increasingly worse. First of all, I am tired of struggling to communicate with anyone here in the office. I think the new management blows! They are never ever there for all the office hours listed, and when they are there they don't answer the phone. When you walk into the office no one will come out. You have to walk back there to search. They hide from you! Recently they installed new washers and dryers which are nice, however, you need a card to operate them and you need to add value to this card from the machine located in the lobby(machine does not take ones). Do you think anyone ever bothered to tell the residents about this' Of course not. No sign, no nothing. How are we supposed to know we need a card' and How are we ever supposed to get a card from the office when no one is ever there'! Secondly, our AC was supposed to be down and fixed from June 19-June 26th. Well, that never happened. Then all of a sudden today, a month later the air conditioner is mysteriously missing and we weren't even notified! and out of all weeks during the heat wave. Lastly, the people in my apartment today apparently felt pretty comfortable here. They felt so comfortable, they decided drop one in the toilet and finish off the toilet paper. They could have at least changed the roll! Absurd and disappointing because I loved this place when I moved in. They say they're building a gym and opening the pool, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Pretty thorough review...I'm going on almost two years here. I had high hopes for the new management but they really don't seem to care. They are upgrading things but at what cost? The roofers leave food and trash all over the stairwells, not to mention having them cat-call me every morning is ------. They prop the doors open and don't close them so ANYONE can rob the place (which has happened a lot recently). There was a homeless man living on the roof...no I am not kidding. I think parking is really really crappy here. By the time I get home from work (6ish) almost all of the spots are taken. On top of roping off half of the parking lot, the construction workers insist on taking up even more spots. The new management doesn't call back and when you call with an issue they give you a BS response about how they are working on it. I have an issue that has yet to be fixed and its been over two months. I gave up. And funny enough, just tried to do my laundry and out of the 6 washers and 6 dryers on our side of the building -- one washer was broke and 2 were missing and 2 dryers are missing and 1 is broke. Can't wait to move at the end of my lease!
