Since new management has taken over, they've been "attempting" to renovate. I say "attempting" because their work is shoddy at best. They've painted our halls and elevators with cheap paint that is already chipping.(Our elevator has been painted 3 times, and it looks worse than BEFORE they painted it.)

They have landscaped the front of the building and are remodeling the courtyard,which is good. However, they are not keeping up with the maintenance, so there are weeds growing and the flowers are dying. Why did they even bother in the first place'

They have been redoing the roof, and have forced us all to get rid of our satellites and get Comcast instead. THe problem with this is, they were unable to tell us how soon we had to do this when I called. I found out HOW SOON when my satellite was tossed off the roof of the buidling and I came home to static.

There have been LOTS OF ROBBERIES and CARS BROKEN INTO! You won't hear about htis though, unless you speak to other residents. Just last week, 2 apartments were broken into in the same night. THis building has no security whatsoever. The thieves broke the hallway lights so as not be identified by witnesses. Pretty scary stuff if you're a woman that lives alone.

LAST AND WORST OF ALL... they have had a tree service come and cut down some of the trees on our courtyard. THe trees were tall and very pretty, I saw no reason for it. THey started this noisy process at 5:15 IN THE MORNING. As a matter of fact, they begin ALL their work at ungodly hours of the morning. Complaining to management will get you NOWHERE, since they have IDIOTS answering the phone or a voicemail that noone ever listens to. I have been losing countless hours of sleep during my summer vacation and am quite pissed. If the renovations they were doing was improving the place, maybe I wouldn't be so angry, but things are honestly not any better.
