Fairmount Terrace has to rank up there as the worse place to live. Its down right depressing. The tenants are so passive and accepting of anything. And the management is about the most unprofessional group you'll ever meet. They just don't care. For what you spend, you get absolutely nothing. Often I was embarassed to invite people over and still am. I fault the management but also the long-time tenants who accept less. If they would only organize themselve they could change the place. If you have option, don't move there...
