I have been living in this bulding for a little over a year now, and prior to the new management I had NO complaints. However a few months ago new management took this over and this place is now disgusting. There is basically no ceiling on the 4th floor and hasn't been for over a month, and when it rains it leaks onto the floor and now has a foul smell. The actual apartment I live in has leaked on numerous occassions and it has actually collapsed in the master bedroom's bathroom and in our living room. I called to let the management know that it was starting to fall and they assured me it would not collapse and yet it still did. This was over a month ago and there are still pieces of the ceiling that look awful.
On top of that the management allows contractors and staff come in and out of your apartment without notice. Their policy is they are suppose to inform you within 24 hours notice, however on no event has this happened for me. They come and go as they please and we can tell because things in the apartment change. I have called and complained so many times and have also called the management group that owns the building and they have not returned my calls. It's to the point I am moving out as soon as possible.

Yeah I totally feel you. I lived there a year then moved. It was ok until the new management came in. Towards the end of my lease they were coming in to "fix" things without notice of course. I then found out that whoever was in there was eating my food and using the bathroom. Then to top it off, my roomate and I just recently got a bill from comcast for porn that was ordered there when we werent home. I'm still bitter about those d bags, but really there is nothing I can do about it. The only good thing is that we got all of our security deposit back, which was surprising. I moved to Greenbriar and so far so good.
