The apartment is ok specially if i compare it to others in West Philly area. The windows are new and, when I moved in, the apt was clean. The wood floor is not perfect but i cant' complain too much about it.
The lobby in general is clean. The loading dock 90% of the time is a mess and it seems that no one cleans it. Same for the laundry room. Both tenans and maintenance shold be more carefull.
The maintanance guy is a good person but he forgets things too often so it take a while before he fix the problems. Sometime it is very irritating!!
Both the sink and the shower in the bathroom dont drain properly. They came several times to fix the problem but until now the problem is still there.

However, according to me, the main problem are the roaches!!!
So far they are localized in the bathroom area.
I keep always clean but it seems that it is not enought. They come throught the pipes around the heaters.
I asked to take care of the problem but they didnt do anything.
I put traps that i consistently replace because full of roaches. It is disgusting!!!!!

I'll send them another notice. If they wont work on it I'm planning to call a pest control company!!!

I've never seen these issues and the Super has always been great! I guess this is where mean people post to try to hurt an apartment building?!?! Too bad. I think the building is terriffic!

11/20 response is someone from Management. You have people moving in and out all the time. The build can and does have bugs. You are in a fantasy world and FP is a slumlords dream.
