decent price and apt was good for me (college student) management was never available. there 24 hour services are lies. the management screwd me over out of one months rent. At first they are nice but once i started having problems they wouldnt respond to my phone calls and never call back. then threathen to take me to court if i didnt pay the one months rent PLUS LATE FEE. which doesnt make sense after i would repeatedly call her and would get no response or calls back. and there werent many college students living there. they are liars and seems they like so take advantage of college students from what i hear.

I'm a student at SJU and I love my apartment!! I know this poster. He's mad because he went into Fairway as a substitute roommate, on an existing lease. He allowed the roommate that left to leave without cleaning up or making repairs to the damage he caused. The new roommate took over his responsibilities (stupid!) and then he broke the lease and left early!! Management did what any owner would have done and made the idiot pay for repairs and for leaving early. There are plenty of SJU students here that are happy. Thisis the only time I've heard of anyone saying they had trouble with management (doubt it!!).

first off im not a he. second I knew all the SJU students in the complex so if anyone really wants to live here i recommend they speak to the people who live there and you will see I was not the only person who thinks the management only cares about getting paid and not the well being of their tenants......plus they should fix the elevator.....it literally sounds like a safety hazard
