Worst of abusive and ignorant management.Slogan-don't like it-get out.N0 storage(taken away for administration personal use), no positive security(constant thefts, a murder recently),safety measures(door chains-forbidden, old nasty carpets(we shall replace it when you leave-read-die),senioors ordered not to talk to any inspector who might come to the building to check conditions(or else).
