Not as bad as these people are saying, I have lived here for over 5yrs and have had not to many issues, The management team that is currently here are way better than the previous team, things have improved and things are looking better. Yes there are issue anywhere you live, I have lived in center city and other places where you think becasue your paying more money your getting better treatment but this is not the case, NO management company is perfect, NO Living community is great, NO one has the opportunity to choose there neighbors. This is a good place to live if your money is tight as long as you mind your business and handle your business this is the perfect place to live, trust me growing up in north Philly I have seen worse but the new residents here are changing things for the better. If is was as bad as these other comments I don't think I would have been here for so long.
