	the leasing office never told me that a convicated rapist lives right next door... I have has hot water for days... the leasing office took so long to approve my application,I lost my section 8 voucher..

	THE OWNERS ARE SLUM LORDS!!!! DEPLURABLE CONDITIONS - STAY AWAY. L&I SHOULD SHUT DOWN UNTIL ALL REPAIRS ARE MADE AND PLACE IS SAFE.
