The apartments are beautiful, neat appearance and fully equipped. However, I moved in and had to persistently request for maintenance to clean my carpet because the previous owner had a cat that left a very undesirable smell. Then they realized that the smell cannot be removed, so they finally ordered me brand new carpeting. It also had a bad case of slugs that lingered outside,inside the screen door and got inside the house from time2time. I found one on my kitchen counter and one between my kitchen sink and washer/dryer...yuck! It's 2 years later, I hope that problem has been resolved. I agree that calls to the management office require several follow-ups or contacting the main office for assistance. A few of my request for maintenance went undone for the entire last year of me being there, such as water damage to my kitchen cabinet under the sink and my ceiling. I also agree that the rent starts out reasonable but, quickly escalates, which was my number one reason for moving out. I figured if I was going to pay a lot of money, I might as well buy a private house instead of renting a townhouse.
