(user photo) The molding is our kitchen that was never fixed. (user photo) Shopping carts litter the common area of the complex. Kids push them around and play in them, making lots of noise. (user photo) Cigarette butts right outside our unit, and we don't even smoke. (user photo) One of the many kids that ride their bikes through the complex doing jumps and tricks off the steps and rails and management never says a word to them.

Beautiful Townhome!!

I moved in 3 months ago. First of all I have a private entrance townhome on two floors and it is very large. I have seen how the previous mgmt delivered the townhomes from my neighbors, and it is nothing like my mgmt company. The neighbors on both sides of me have transferred to new units since i moved in becuase of this.

New carpets that were not even walked on yet, brand new kitchens, cabinets, backsplashes, freshly painted, ceiling fans, brand new washer and dryer in unit!!!!

Mgmt is very good always available even on saturdays, and the new on site manager even lives on the property for emergencies and security.

More like a home than an apartment!!!
