(user photo) The molding is our kitchen that was never fixed. (user photo) Shopping carts litter the common area of the complex. Kids push them around and play in them, making lots of noise. (user photo) Cigarette butts right outside our unit, and we don't even smoke. (user photo) One of the many kids that ride their bikes through the complex doing jumps and tricks off the steps and rails and management never says a word to them.

Everything you have been reading about this company is TRUE. Most of the people working for this company have the compassion of a rattlesnake. This company does not give a damn about anything except collecting money - period!!!!

I found an interesting article on llenrock.com/blog/executive-interview-billy-liss - check it out. THIS says it all!!!

What an interview!

Q: If you won the $300M mega million jackpot tomorrow, what would you do with your life' The money'
A: I would stop worrying at night about the equity I am trying to attain to acquire more property.

While most of us are worrying at night in these most difficult economic times, aboutkeeping our homes, paying our bills and feeding our family, Mr. Liss seems to only be concerned about acquiring more property. How very sad.......tragic!

Do YOU want to add to the pie for "more properties'" I THINK WE CAN ALL CONCUR ON THAT ANSWER.
