Just Ok good price though & lots of space

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
 
I've lived there for quite some time. The building is old so there are lots of mechanical problems. They try with the service, front desk staff is nice. Mgmt seems a bit thrifty. Halls and common areas could use regular cleaning i.e. more than once a week because there are lots of dogs in the building. The windows haven't been cleaned in 5 years.
