Spacious apartments where pets are allowed - these are the only good things about it. Unlike building maintenance personnel, Alan Klein management (the building's owner) is horrible in dealing with problems and makes a point of showing its indifference. The shuttle to UPenn works at driver's will and not according to the schedule. Heating is turned on and off at the worst times - you'll be shaking when you go to bed but will wake up in a pool of sweat. Briefly put, looks and feels like a building in an ------- city.
