Moved here with my roomate who had a small studio into a 3 bedroom. Built in the 20s, so we never hear the neighbors except for really loud alarms (my bedroom is on the corner of the building, so I don't hear anything). Large passageways, hardwood floors and updated appliances and bathroom fixtures. Neighbors are very fiendly and pets are everywhere- expect to hang out with other owners at the pet run. Front desk staff is amazing and often has treats for the doggies- and they knew my name within 1 month! Lobby looks a little old, but these apartments were built well and I love looking out onto a grass park that covers the parking lot. We park on the street- lots of spaces so no need to pay for parking. Bus stop is 1/2 block away and the apartment runs a great shuttle service (starts at 7:30 so I can't take it for work at 7am). Neighborhood is great and nice places to walk the dog. The only thing is that the kitchen is a little tunnel-ish which is weird because the rest of the apartment is so spacious. Maintenance is responsive but can forget about your problem. Wish I could stay, but am moving to Baltimore. Good luck!
