Glademore Apartment

Philly Gardens needs help From: ajm58 Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The building (Glademore Court) needs serious help, the pipes are old, the elevator is run down, all of the apartments needs to be renovated. They don't fix problems, they just patch them up. The apartments price is generally okay, if you are on a bugdet this might be the place for, but if you can afford to go else where. The only good thing that it has going for it is that almost all the utilities is included in the rent, and they give you plenty of heat in the winter. The building has a bet of a rodent problem. The management say that they will send exterminators, I have yet to see one.
