Just renewed - still feels brand new From: upres Date posted: 3/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Moved from an older place off Henry Avenue last year. My place here was brand new, love it. Staff if great. Location is convenient for me getting to Center City. Everything is new and modern - amazing wooded view. Washer/dryer, deck, fireplace. For Manayunk, there is plenty of parking here on top of the hill so no worry about not finding a spot or flooding. I just renewed for another year!
