Very Nice...and Quiet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   My wife and I moved in and we love it. The view is very nice as we have woods backing us up. We have seen deer this fall very frequently and it is very quiet. Our neighbors are great and so far so good. The pet policy fees do seem a little steep. The management are very polite and very eager to amend any problem. I love that there is significant bins for recycling trash materials. The fitness facilities are very nice. The buisness center/lounge is very nice with very up to date technology. We are very pleased with the property and have recommended to many of our friends. The only problem that we have encountered is that the unit we live in is drafty and the sealant between the drywall and the foundation has cracked around the floorbards allowing many drafts. We have a had to seal all the windows as they are leaking cold air and add foam insulation around the entryway door. But other than that the unit was constructed pretty well. The builders definately did what they could to keep costs down and finish quickly.
