Think of the worst place in the world to live, and the granada's worst than that. David is a slumlord, Maple manangement are a bunch of shiesters. They try taking tenants to court over stupid stuff, they never win and they never fix anything. They have two supers, who are brothers and claim both they're names are jose' give me a break! the front door is always broken and the laundry room looks as unsanitary. You have crackheads, drugdealers and thieves who live there. What's sad is that it's a nice nieghborhood, but the granada's an eyesore. I personally had my house burglarized. and the supers did'nt come for at least a week to fix it.
