Took a tour of the building and available condos. I was not impressed. You can totally tell it used to be a hotel. The doors have the same "hotel" handle on them. There is not even laundry in the units. You have to pay and use a laundry room at the end of the hall. Seems ridiculous when they are charging $225k for a 1bd! The units themselves are bland and boring, elements of a hotel abound. The bathrooms still have the hotel tissue box holder in the fixture.

The condos do not really look like a hotel, and $225,000 is for the top floors! There is a fitness room and an area where you can have parties. You can get laundry in your condo if you choose to purchase one, or your landlord has had one put in. 24 hr. concierge and security, and the police is right across the street. Although there is the key card style, I think that is safer..and more securtity. THERE REALLY IS A GRAND VIEW!
