I was at the Grandview Condominums located @ 11th & Vine on Sat night. This place is nothing like people told me it would be - it was way better! I think the people that live there got in early and renovated a nice place into what is now a spectacular awesome place! Hardwood floors, marble - this place is cool. I wish there were some condos available (I'm told they go fast because of the low taxes and overall value). Why pay over $350/sq. foot when you can get center city living near EVERYTHING @ the Grandview for less. I'm sold (now, if only one opened up so I can buy.... Any sellers''' Thanks for your help!!

I live at Grandview Condominiums. Yeah the place is nice now. A lot of us are renovating. yeah we are central to a lot of things in Philly - and it is affordable compared the the newer projects in the city. stop by the lobby and look on the bulletin board for condos for sale - I saw a newly renovated one listed on Friday. good luck - thanks, we love it here!!!

This person has to be an employee for the building. I can tell. I live here and I know for a fact this is not the general consensus. Come check out why the people in this building had to start a Civic Association to fight the Condo Board!
