what we like:
-most of the security guards are nice and helpful
-the view is gorgeous and impresses all our friends...as well as the apartments themselves
-most of the residents are friendly
-soda machine, candy machine, and gym are all plusses
-the location is close to a lot of retail and public transportation outlets, as well as in a relatively safe part of the city (across the street from a police station)
-another person complained about the mice, but the only place we've ever seen mice is in the ground floor garbage room. you do the math

what we dislike:
-since the condos are independently owned, rents can vary a lot. our friends live one floor above us in an apt exactly the same as ours and pay $150 less in rent a month
-parking is a major pain in the ass. parkway (the lot behind the building) pretty much screws you every chance they get and the only available street parking is in the scummiest part of CC
-the walls are thin; we constantly hear our next door neighbors yelling at each other
-most of the security guards are nice except the one who works overnight who falls asleep all the time and is rude and never greets the residents or calls the elevator (which seems bratty to complain about but all the others do it with a smile)
-hot water is more difficult to get than it should be
-not much storage
-there's pretty much only one way we can set up our furniture because of how our apt is laid out
