Likes
-This place is just off of chinatown so you're really not in the middle of chinatown.
-Doorman/Doorwoman are always a delight. Very nice and helpful
-Washer Dryer on every floor
Gym and available 2nd floor party room
-Everyone on my floor is close and knows each other. Very homey feel
-Loading dock is always available for use
-Maintainance staff is knowledaegable and helpful
-Other residentants are established people that are helpful if you have questions about renovations and where they got products of who helped them

Dislikes
-Parking is available on across strret lots. However the doorman will write you a parking pass for 30min for free and then you can buy more time. 5hr for $5.
-Colors and style of lobby are average and could be updated
-Two lots downstairs are empty now, should be made into retail aera.
