Pro:
The views are phenomenal.
If you are a single woman that likes to talk to maintenance men. (The one with the tattoos)
If you like being watched by the security if you are working out.
If you like listening to your neighbors conversations through the paper thin walls.
Cons:
You will sometimes encounter uncomfortable situations with the "baby in the wheel chair", a promising rapper.
The floors are not numbered correctly. i.e. 4th floor is 3rd floor.
