I have to agree with the reviewer who is amazed by the negative reviews here. I have been living at Grandview for almost a year and I love it! The location, the building, the staff, etc., are all excellent. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. As far as paper-thin walls, I heard this from others, but I happen to be lucky because I live in a corner unit, so I hear absolutely nothing of my neigbors. The building is clean, safe, the maintenance is not a problem (you can call the maintenance team in to help you with certain jobs for a small fee). Temporary (weekend parking is available for a reasonable fee) behind the building, but permanent parking is available across the street - I rent a spot for $100 per month which is very reasonable. You can have a washer and dryer in larger units, some of them do have it, but there is a convenient laundry facility on every floor. I highly recommend this place.
