The size of the apartment is great, but ever since i moved in, I have had roaches. They are not normal size roaches, but twice as big. I have complained about them and an exterminator was sent out three times already and the situation has not gotten better. When walking through the hallway to my apartment, there are dead roaches laying in the hall. Even the office staff admitted that there is a huge roach problem in Lobby 9. Not having to pay utilities is nice, but I would rather live some place where I enjoy coming home and not to a roach motel.
