good spot From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This apartment complex is in a good spot. The area presents the opportunity to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but it's easy enough to get to Main Street Manayunk for the shops on a Saturday and then the nightlife after dusk with no hassle at all. I have not had any issues and when something is broken (on the rare occasion it is) the new manager sees to it that maintenance is on the job right away. He is a smart guy with great people skills and gets things run the right way. He is pretty amazing when it comes to thinking ahead and being professional and I think he's improved the living situation here since I've been in town.
