We have lived here thru the last 2 years, that's 2008 and 2009 and we just signed to stay 2010. The management in the office has changed and I think that is why things are improving. But even before we had very few complaints. Our kitchen was upgraded just before we moved in and the size of the rooms is much larger than we had been used to in other apartments. The closets are huge. Plus the fact that they gave us a storage unit very close to our apartment. The fitness center saves us a gymn membership fee, and the pool was great because we did not take an away vacation this summer. Location was important in our choice to stay here. Everything is close and we dont always need to take the car with public transportation at our door. Parking is easy too and the car is usually right outside our window. The laundry rooms are a little small, but what is the big deal, put the wash in and take it out. How much room do you need' Better than going to a Laundry Mat. All in all a good value for the money.
