I lived in the Greene Manor for a few months with a roomate. Building is very quiet, very peaceful....however I had an idiot living above me.

I really like the fact that there is ample parking, and it seemed like a safe environment. The only thing that I disliked is that the toliet & plummbing system seemed old and needed to be updated..My waste sometimes would not flush properly down the toliet and it would even clog up on a few tissues of paper LOL!

I also noticed that the elevators in my building kept breaking down or either management was strategically cutting the elevator off...because it seemed like it would shut down at the end of the month...when people are trying to move items in or out.

Another downside is that the laundry facilities are all the way down a long dark dreary hallway. The laundry facility was near the S-V building, which was a hike considering if a person had a lot of laundry to do. The hallway reminded me of dungeons & dragons LOL!

The apartments, epecially the two bedrooms are extremely spacious, which could be great for 4 college students...and it would beat a dorm room any day. I just didn't like the weirdo neighbor that lived above me. LOL!

If you could manage to get a top floor apartment it would really be a great deal!
