I lived in the apartment approximately 10 months and came home to find that my apartment had been broken into. I entered my apartment with my key, unlocked both locks and walked into a nightmare. Someone trashed my apartment stole all of my families things and locked the door after they left. The door had not been kicked in, the locks had not been broken. When I contacted management they said all they could do is change my locks. When they did the maintenance man told me that they keep all locks so they can recycle them and use them on another apartment. On several occasions before and after the break in the maintenance men had entered my apartment with out notice or permission. It is a problem that we often had and because they are foreign they pretend that they do not understand you. There are many things wrong with these apartments. In my bedroom and kitchen the walls were cracking. In my bedroom you could hear something that I can only describe as the sound of sand shifting between the walls. My bedroom radiator busted, it took me a full week to get someone out there to shut it down, and I had to move all of my furniture out of the way so that it would not be damaged. Meanwhile I had to keep all the windows open because of the smell of the stuff that was being emitted into the air from the radiator. We also had an incident where we came home to find that someone had crapped in the hallway, human feces! And the maintenance man was made to clean it up by a tenant who I take my hat off to because he knocked on the guys door for 45 mins to an hour to make sure he cleaned it up because he told him he didn't want to do it. This place is horrible. The property manager is horrible. The parking in inadequate, the building is falling apart. The bottom line is, if you would like to live some place safe and comfortably dont move here.
