The rent is way to expensive for what you get. Very thin walls, creaking floors whether or not there is carpet. When it rains heavily....get your buckets because you may get flooded, especially if you are in the basement. The Super is very nice....but very, very forgetful. There has been an increase of roaches in the building too and no matter how clean the apartment is, they will find away through a crack in the wall. The laundry has 3 washers and 3 dryers. It's not enough but it's better than nothing.
