Pricing is Ok Management is Horrible

Iv'e lived in Hampshire House for about 2 1/2 years now and its getting horrible. First things first is the rodents. I was living there when lindy property was incharge.They kept the trees and flowers well maintained and trash was picked up 3 times a week. When they was managing this property I had no complaints or problems. After Oct. or Nov. of 07 thats when the problem started. A new company by the name of Premier Property is the worst. The Lanlord Jacob is horrible ignorant and money hungry. This place has no cameras, no since of security and no maintenance. Now they do have a maintanance guy by the name of Andy who is wonderful but he can do but so much. The parking here is ok but overall I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. After my lease is up I'm definetly leaving no ifs ands buts about it. I might just break my lease I dont even care about the money. SO TO ALL DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. Ever since Premier Property took over 15 tenants left the property breaking there lease I knew about 6 of them its horrible.
