I moved into Hampton Gardens in 2005. The units are spacious. My apartment had new appliances. The windows are new and very energy efficient. Office staff is extremely courteous and friendly. They always seem willing to assist with any problems.
I really appreciate having a nice place to live with my family.

This must have been written by Hampton Gardens staff. Maybe they got lucky with new appliances (not the case in my unit), but there is no way this is an honest review of the same staff which is currently employed in 2008. Office staff are quite rude and don't respond to tenant issues/requests.
