Overpriced, Sow Maintenance, Huge PECO bill From: Bubba48 Date posted: 8/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   What I thought was my perfect new dream apt turned out to be a hassle. Roomy, yes! Washer/dryer in unit a big plus. But, don't let it rain too hard if living on the 5th floor or you can expect leaks and sloooow service. Problems don't get resolved and the excuse that the apt complex was built a certain way is getting old. Air condition is sub-standard in the master bedroom. Older appliances such as the dishwasher and the inadequate Central A/C = $250 plus in electric bill. Now the guard and package at the gatehouse service is being cut. If expecting a package you have to wait until Sat for pickup at the rental office because their hrs are the same as yours, 9:00 to 5:00. When the lease expires we are will happy to pack up and go.
