Henry on the Park

Cost far exceeds quality. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My husband and I selected Henry on the Park after we sold our three-story home. We thought apartment living would be maintenance free and loved the idea of a gated-community.Our hopes were shortly shattered.We moved in April, 2006 and the security gate broke in June, 2006 and remains broken. The shower stall in the master bedroom is peeling and the many requests that we have made go unresolved. We can't wait until our lease expires. What a disappointment.Parking is also now inadequate.We have to park near another building because of the over-populated parking lot. Some residents park outside of the exiting gate. We can show pictures of the conditions.
