Bad management From: iw1225 Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   When we moved in the management was good. Since then the complex was sold to Fairfield Properties and the place has gone down hill. Maintenance is poor and management lies about what they are doing. There used to be security at the gates, but now the security is gone and the gates are left open. We now have apartments broken into when this never happened before. Services which have been part of your rent have been reduced. During winter walkways are allowed to ice up making walking dangerous because the staff that previously cleaned the walkways has been let go. In general, the place is on a downward spiral. Parking is available, but not necessarily safe due to lack of security
