Horrible management and worse maintenance

We were so excited to move in here two months ago because the location was great and the apartments were so spacious. Now we are truly regretting our decision. I have called maintenance at least 10 times to fix the problems we listed upon move in. So far, they have only taken care of one of eight issues we complained about. I even had a maintenance person who I passed on my way out of the building promise he would personally come to take care of the issues the next day. That was over a week ago, and no sign of him or anyone else. Even more annoying is the fact that the fitness center is extremely run down. There is only one treadmill currently working, one of three bicycles, and one of two ellipse machines. They told us upon moving in that they were going to completely redo the fitness center. Other residents have informed me that they have been saying that for years now. When I complained at the office about the state of the fitness center they said they were aware of the broken and outdated equipment, but could not do anything about it. They told me to write a letter to the owner. Why should I have to write a letter, when I am paying for a fitness center' The managers should take care of making our complaints heard and ensure that all issues are resolved. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
