First of all. I am going to say that mr. James is a D-bag. He rented me an apartment for 600 a month. That was just a one bedroom.
he has keys to all the apartments and frequently uses them . right before i was to move in i found empty beer bottles on the floor, holes in the walls were covered with duct tape, oh yeah and the place is full of roaches si=o unless you love bugs or are a slob you will be dissapointed to find that the place is crawling with them.
it took him three weeks to fix the windows and they still were all cracked up.
if you are a bum and are willing to settle for less here is the spot. the ceiling was caving in, the bathroom was horrible there were tiles missing and when i was told that it was fixed they took tiles from the floor and stuck them to the wall. i would not recomend this hell hole to any one...
