Hill House apartments are beautiful. Management is extremely caring; however, it does have a few down falls. It is changing hands, so there are some gaps in communication. I go right to the top and what I need gets done immediately. Management has an open door policy and someone is there 7 days a week, (9am-4pm). Maintenance is on staff 24/7. Maintenance requests are filled the same day if management is notified (which I do). The doormen (not women...they could use some social skills) are fantastic and friendly. I could not say enough about them. Other reviewers have mentioned noise problems....I hear not a whisper and the train runs directly behind my apartment. Also, the rent includes all utilities. When you consider that and the gorgeous location it is a steal!!!! There is construction going on currently, but I hardly notice it at all. Also, no rodents or insects here...an exterminator checks out every apartment once a month and the windows are cleaned once a month. One other tip, there is a 1 month to 2 month wait for parking underground (you can get on the waiting list as soon as you are interested in moving). Parking on the streets is safe and not bad, there are always spots (some are further away than others, but no more then a block away). Good luck!!!!!
