Quiet apartment at a fair price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have been very pleased with Hill House Apartments in my two years there. Having lived in garden-style apartments, I find these units extremely quiet. The management has also been extremely fair in keeping rent stable, and has addressed maintenance problems quickly when they have arisen. It is also nice to have a 24-hour front desk person on duty.
