After living at Hill House for a month, I am already certain that I made the best possible choice. Hill House is secure, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and downright friendly. I have talked to several residents that have lived in the building for close to twenty years and they are all quite happy. Maintenance requests receive a response within 24 hours and are completed with good workmanship. Hill House has a prime location for anyone looking to live in Chestnut Hill. It is a block from Germantown Avenue with all of its charming atmosphere and quaint shops. There is a train station half a block away, secure onsite parking, and I have a great view of the Philly skyline out of my window. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and affordable place in Chestnut Hill, stop looking and come home to Hill House.
