I definitely recommend Hill House apartments for anyone looking for a place to rent. There are a lot of perks to this apartment complex. First of all, the 24 hour doorman is great and they are always very friendly and helpful. I've gone to the doorman a few times when I had a question and the apartment office was closed for the day. The maintenance people at this apartment are very nice and they always came to fix whatever problem I had promptly or at least within 24 hours. You have the option to either park on the street or in a garage, but if you want to park in the garage you have to get on a waiting list. There is also an extra parking fee involved if you park in the garage but it is not bad at all. I paid $35 a month for mine. I also didn't have to wait too long for my parking space once I put myself on the waiting list. If you don't want to pay for a space in the garage, there is ample street parking out front of the apartment building itself. You can usually find a space right outside of the building. There is a pool here but the membership was a little too expensive for me so I never actually went to the pool. The management is also very nice here. They did change managers a lot recently, but they have all be very nice except for one experience but she is gone now. The apartment manager here now is amazing and very helpful whenever I had gone down to the office. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious depending on what you rent. I could only afford a studio being fresh out of college but I thought it was perfect for me and being my first apartment it was great. I am only moving now because my job moved to a location a little further away and I'm going back to school in the area where I am now working so I want to be closer to all of that. One of the complaints I do have is that the income requirement for these apartments is a little ridiculous but they do allow cosigners which is what I had to do. The requirement for my studio apartment for example was $43,000. They don't have issues with bugs or mice because they have exterminators here once a week in order to prevent any problems from arising. They don't allow cats or dogs here but they do allow birds and fish and animals of that nature. Overall, this is a really great apartment and I loved living here. I hope this review helps anybody considering living here!
