I AM CURRENTLY RESIDING AT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED COMPLEX AND AM DISTURBED BY THE FALSE REMARKS I HAVE READ. YES I ALONG WITH OTHER RESIDENTS I AM SURE HAVE EXPERIENCED SOME MAINTENANCE ISSUES, HOWEVER THEY WERE ALWAYS ADDRESSED PROMPLY, AND RESOLVED, IN ADDITION, I HAVE MUCH RESPECT FOR MANAGEMENT AND OWNER FOR ALL THAT THEY ENDURE AND ALL THAT THEY DO TO KEEP THIS COMPLEX RUNNING SMOOTHLY, LET IT BE UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU WILL NOT PLEASE EVERYONE, AND I AM MORE THAN SURE THAT THIS IS AN IRRATE RESIDENT CONTINUOSLY POSTING NEGATIVE REMARKS ABOUT THE COMPLEX, AND IF THAT BEING THE CASE TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF AND THE WAY IN WHCIH YOU LIVE, IF THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE AS HORRBILBE AS YOU SAY THEY ARE, WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE'''' I HOPE ANYONE READING ANY OF THE COMMENTS POSTED USE COMMON SINCE, AND NOT LET YOUR JUDGEMENT BE IMPAIRED BY ANYONES ANGER AND LIES.... THAT POST MUST BE FROM THE MGMT OFFICE....CUZ ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND CAN TELL THAT HILLSIDE GARDENS IS A PIECE OF CRAP! YOU CAN DRIVE BY AND EVEN SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES THE CONDITION OF THE APTS. THEY CAN'T EVEN CUT THEY GRASS! YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THE NAME OF THE COMPLEX BECUZ THEY ARE TO CHEAP TO TAKE CARE OF THE OUTSIDE AREA! ITS A NASTY PLACE WITH A NASTY LEASING MANAGER. SHE WORRIES FOR ABOUT HER WIGS SHE WEARS THEN HER TENANTS! PLEASE PEOPLE STOP BY AND TAKE A LOOK....NOT AT THAT ONE NICE MODEL APT. THEY SHOW EVERYONE...REALLY LOOK AND SPEAK TO OTHER TENANTS YOU SEE WALKING BY..THEY WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH. I LIVE THERE AND WAS FOOLED..BUT WAS STUCK IN A LEASE. ONCE IT WAS UP I GOT MYSELF OUT OF THERE REAL FAST. PLEASE, WHEN YOU SEE HELLSIDE GARDENS RUN..DON'T WALK THE OTHER WAY. (THAT'S IS THE MICE DON'T GET YOU FIRST!)

I agree with the person that wrote the response. Management wrote that BS about a nice place to live. She swears she out smarting someone. That's why I couldn't stand her she thinks everyone is stupid but her. She needs to attend some Property Management seminars. When ever you have a problem I advise everyone to PUT IT IN WRITING AND SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL. That's the only way you're going to get a response from her. "I have respect for management and the owner"...for what?!!!! This crap house. She just as ghetto and the owner has to be an idiot to see that she ain't doing nothing but letting the place rot. She can't have prior experience.L&I is there like they live there. I bet the owner don't know that. "Move if you don't like it"...........well once you suckered by seeing the "sample" you gotta stay for a year. A year worth of hell. I moved and I am warning everyone "This place ain't SH!#"! Don't live there. It's bad enough the place is a dump but to have to deal with that ghetto broad in the office....it's not worth it.

Yeah right. You are not fooling anyone. Only the property manager would write something bogus like this.This place is down right disgusting and so is your attitude! Misery loves company, and you are a miserable person.That's why you want the rest of us to be miserable too. I will be glad when L&I shuts you down!!!!!!!!!!!
