FIRST OF ALL THE OLD MANAGER, SISTRUNK WAS A PIECE OF WORK! SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS OR HOW OUR APARTMENTS WERE HELL HOLES, ALL SHE CARED ABOUT WAS MONEY! MY CHILD SAW EIGHT MICE IN ONE ROOM AT THE SAME TIME! NOW THE RULE WAS NO PETS (NO CATS) NEVERTHELESS, THE WAY THE MICE RAN THROUGH OUR APARTMENT WAS AS IF THEY WERE OUR PETS. THE PARKING LOT IS FULL OF VIOLENCE! I WOULDN'T MOVE MY PET PUP N 2 THIS DUMP! THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING! THE HOUSEKEEPER IS LAZY! SISTRUNK RAN THIS PLACE N 2 THE GROUND ALL WHILE STEALING WHATEVER WASN'T NAILED THE HELL DOWN! THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS A LITTLE BETTER AT ADDRESSING THE ISSUES OF OUR NEEDS BUT THEY SUCK AS WELL! IF U WANT TO LIVE LIKE A HUMAN BEING THEN PLEASE, BY NO MEANS, MOVE HERE. NOW LIKE I SAID YOU MAY FEEL A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE NEW MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THAT OTHER OLD BATTLE AXE BUT I THINK THEY ARE JUST AS SHORT BUS AS THEY NEED TO BE AS WELL!

I totally agree with everything you've stated. A hell hole indeed. Sistrunk was, and I'm sure still is a crook, which is probably why they moved the ugly ----- up out of there! I really have nothing good to say about the place. It's dirty, roaches and mice run rampant,and maintenance does not fix anything, they just paint over it. The rodent problem is so bad it's as if they are the tenants and I'm an inconvenience to them. They need to tear the whole place down and start from scratch!
