I am currently renting here now 2/09- . The neighborhood is quiet, but my neighbors sure isn't. The walls are so thin, I hear every word they speak. When I moved in my refrigerator was extremely dirty from the previous owner. With the security deposit I gave them I at least expected to have a clean refrigerator if not a new one. My intercom to my door did not work so I could only ask "who is it" but I could not here the persons response. My peephole to my door did not work so unfortunately I could not see who was at my door. My kitchen cabinet fell off two times, hitting me in the head once. My toilet seat was falling off after about a month of living there. The paint in my bathtub was chipping badly to the point where I was scared to put my son in the bath because I thought he would try and eat the paint. There is usually only one maintenance guy so they do not come as quickly as you need them to. And the property manager as a bad attitude, so I would try to avoid her. I would see her only when I paid my rent. At times she could be really nice. And last, when I moved in my bathroom had a leak in the ceiling, it took maintenance about a week to come and fix it but they did not paint my bathroom ceiling back. Overall, it was an okay place to live.
