This has been a great address to live at. The apartments are shockingly large. The balconies are massive and made of concrete. Solid floors. Hallways have much better climate control than the individual apartments. AC doesn't work terribly well but maintenance does a great job of responding to your calls. Oh yeah utilities included in your rent so you don't have to worry about heating and cooling bills. Thin walls between apartments (can often hear bedroom conversations next door). However all tenants in this building are very mature and respectful and noise is very rare. Tight security. Basement parking available for those horrible Philly winters. Pleasant and helpful office staff. Gym needs updating. Parking occasionally gets tight when med-students return from summer break but you eventually find a spot. Very conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores (Pathmark and ACME), post office, banks, great restaurants and shopping on city avenue and a quick 10 minute drive to center city.
